We are pleased to announce the completion of our mooring project for the Equinor Kårstø terminal in Norway. The equipment has been finalized in our factory and is now en route to Norway.

About the Kårstø Terminal

The Kårstø processing plant, situated north of Stavanger, is the largest facility of its kind in Europe. It plays a crucial role in the transport and processing of gas and condensate from major sites in the northern parts of the North Sea, serving as a key infrastructure component for the region's energy industry.

Advanced Quick Release Mooring Hooks for Enhanced Safety

To ensure safe berthing at the terminal, we have supplied new Quick Release Mooring Hook units. These units are designed according to the latest technology and quality standards, featuring explosion-proof Load Monitoring, integrated Capstans, and an integrated electric release for remote control. This advanced equipment will replace the existing mooring hooks, significantly enhancing the safety and efficiency of berthing operations at the Kårstø terminal.
