Aluminum Powder Coating

At Straatman Dredging & Construction, we powder coat aluminum parts for various clients daily. One of our customers asked us to Powder Coat aluminum chimney caps. Since these are used outdoors and high demands are placed on the quality, a special multi-layer powder coating system is used for this.

High Quality Powders

Straatman Dredging & Construction uses only high-quality powders and selects powders for the right application. For aluminum components that are used outdoors, we use polyester powders that are of course TGIC- and lead-free. These powder coatings are specifically formulated for application on aluminum profiles and panels, but also applicable to steel and galvanized substrates. Our powders meet the requirements of the construction industry thanks to their excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties.
